Health Permit

A Health Permit is required by the Sacramento County Health Department if you will be offering the general public a sample of any type of food or beverage, including water.  If your sample includes a meat product you will need a high risk permit. 

If you participate in multiple events in Sacramento County you may find that obtain an Annual Permit could be beneficial.
